The second call of SNOWMAN

During the 13th meeting of the SNOWMAN Core Group, the consortium decided to prepare and launch a second trans-national call for research.

The second call of SNOWMAN was opened between 12 January 2009 and 31 March 2009. Currently the Call Secretariat and Call 2 Steering Committee are working on the proposal evaluation. The evaluation will include an Eligibility Check, Fundability and Fit-to-Call Check, as well as an international Peer Review phase. The proposal evaluation is expected to be finalised with the Call 2 Steering Committee's Funding Recommendations mid June 2009.

As SNOWMAN collected a lot of information from the pilot call, documents and procedures used for the second call of SNOWMAN have been improved and being subject of simplification.
